- 1 ½ ounces raspberry-flavored sparkling water or soda
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 2 ½ ounces raspberry lemonade
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- 3 tablespoons sugar (for rimming the glass)
Instructions
- Cut a lemon wedge and rub it along the rim of a glass. Dip the rim in sugar to coat evenly.
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice until halfway full.
- Pour in raspberry sparkling water, add raspberries, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the shaker.
- Add raspberry lemonade to the shaker.
- Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until frosty.
- Strain the mocktail into the sugar-rimmed glass.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, lemon wheel, and a raspberry. Serve immediately.
