Description

This Frosted Raspberry Lemon Drop Mocktail is the ultimate refreshing drink, blending sweet raspberries, tart lemon, and fizzy sparkling water. Perfect for parties or relaxing afternoons, this alcohol-free drink is as fun to make as it is to drink!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ ounces raspberry-flavored sparkling water or soda
  • 5 fresh raspberries
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • 2 ½ ounces raspberry lemonade
  • Fresh mint, for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

  • Cut a lemon wedge and rub it along the rim of a glass. Dip the rim in sugar to coat evenly.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add ice until halfway full.
  • Pour in raspberry sparkling water, add raspberries, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the shaker.
  • Add raspberry lemonade to the shaker.
  • Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until frosty.
  • Strain the mocktail into the sugar-rimmed glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh mint sprig, lemon wheel, and a raspberry. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a low-sugar version, use unsweetened sparkling water and sugar-free lemonade.
  • You can substitute raspberries with strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries.
  • For an extra frosty effect, chill the glass before serving.
