  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 tortillas
  • 2 limes

Instructions

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef chunks until browned on all sides.
  3. Place seared beef in the Crock-Pot and add beef broth.
  4. Combine spices in a bowl; sprinkle most over the beef and reserve some for later.
  5. Cook on low for 6–7 hours until tender.
  6. Shred beef using two forks; mix in reserved spices and lime juice.
