  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into squares)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into squares)
  • 1 red onion (cut into squares)

Instructions

  1. In a small measuring cup, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and fajita seasoning to create the marinade.
  2. Place cubed steak in a plastic bag or container, pour marinade over it, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
