Ingredients
Chicken:

2 pounds chicken breasts, trimmed
Marinade:

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup lemon juice (fresh)

1 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions

Place chicken and all marinade ingredients into a gallon Ziploc bag.

Seal and remove excess air. Massage to coat.

Marinate in fridge for 1–12 hours.

Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium. Grill 5–7 minutes per side until juices run clear and internal temp hits 165°F.

Stovetop Method: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet. Sear chicken 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
