For the Danish:

  • 2 cans (228g each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup (130g) powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the cream cheese filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and one egg until smooth.
  • Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing the seams.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it on top, sealing the seams.
