Description

This Easter Chocolate Lasagna is a fun, festive no-bake dessert featuring layers of crunchy Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake filling, rich chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping. Decorated with Peeps bunnies and Easter eggs, it’s the perfect Easter treat for all ages!

Oreo Crust

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages chocolate instant pudding
  • 2¾ cups cold milk

Topping

  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1½ cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • Peeps bunnies, for decoration
  • Easter egg candies, for decoration

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Oreo Crust

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip until combined.
  4. Spread evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
  5. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.

Step 3: Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  2. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to let it set.

Step 4: Add Whipped Topping & Decorations

  1. Spread 2 cups of Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  2. Sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set properly.
  4. Just before serving, decorate with Peeps bunnies and Easter egg candies.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy

  1. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
  2. For clean slices, dip the knife in warm water and wipe clean between cuts.
