- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk or beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ cup crispy bacon bits

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Pre-cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.

Layer the Ingredients in the Slow Cooker:
- Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or a liner.
- Add a layer of sliced potatoes at the bottom.
- Sprinkle half the onions and half the ground beef over the potatoes.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.

- In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk (or broth), Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
- Stir until smooth and pour evenly over the casserole layers.
