Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and crispy (3-4 minutes). Set aside.
