  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs (mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning).
