  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup provolone cheese

Instructions
