  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Spread pesto on one slice of bread. Layer with sliced chicken, mozzarella cheese, spinach leaves, and roasted red peppers. Top with another slice of bread.
  3. Butter the outer sides of the sandwich. Grill in a panini press or on a grill pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
