Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
 - ½ cup butter, melted
 - 5 ounces evaporated milk
 - 3.4 ounces instant lemon pudding
 - (2) 8 ounces cream cheese
 - ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate
 - 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
 - In a bowl, mix together the crust ingredients until combined. Press into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
 - Combine evaporated milk and pudding mix in another bowl; beat until thickened. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add lemonade concentrate and combine. Fold in the pudding mixture and spread over the cooled crust.
 - For the topping, cook blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened (about 5–7 minutes). Cool and pour over the filling.
 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
