Description

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces feta cheese
  • ⅔ cup dried cranberries
  • 5 green onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, feta cheese, dried cranberries, diced green onions, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread an even layer of the mixture across the entire surface, making sure to cover the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the additional chopped green onions evenly over the filling.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log, applying gentle pressure. Repeat for all tortillas.
  5. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  6. Remove the plastic wrap and slice into ½-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
