- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- 5 oz cheddar cheese (sliced, 10 half-slices)
- 10 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a cooking rack on top.
- Season chicken tenders with ranch dressing mix on both sides.
- Place a half-slice of cheddar cheese on each chicken tender and wrap with a slice of bacon.
- Arrange tenders on the rack and sprinkle with a little more ranch dressing mix.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165ºF.
- Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes to crisp the bacon.
- Let the tenders rest for 5 minutes before serving.
