Ingredients

  • 10 fresh chicken tenders (approx. 1 ½ lbs)
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 5 oz cheddar cheese (sliced, 10 half-slices)
  • 10 slices of bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a cooking rack on top.
  • Season chicken tenders with ranch dressing mix on both sides.
  • Place a half-slice of cheddar cheese on each chicken tender and wrap with a slice of bacon.
  • Arrange tenders on the rack and sprinkle with a little more ranch dressing mix.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165ºF.
  • Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes to crisp the bacon.
  • Let the tenders rest for 5 minutes before serving.
