  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen corn (optional)
  • 1 cup diced green onions (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in corn (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
