  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cotton candy, torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Additional cotton candy for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, sour cream, flour, eggs one at a time, vanilla, and cotton candy pieces. Mix until combined.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake for 60–70 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool gradually in the oven with the door ajar.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and additional cotton candy before serving.
