- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup cold milk

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Mix using a hand mixer for 30-45 seconds until well blended.
- Add the instant pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip using a spatula. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies. If needed, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before piping or spreading.
Notes
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freezing: Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before using.
- For a stiffer frosting: Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- For a different flavor: Substitute vanilla pudding mix with chocolate, lemon, strawberry, or butterscotch pudding mix.
