Description

This Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting is light, creamy, and perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. Made with just a few ingredients, this frosting is easy to prepare and can be customized with different pudding flavors.

  • 8 oz extra creamy whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Mix using a hand mixer for 30-45 seconds until well blended.
  • Add the instant pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Let it sit for 5 minutes to fully set.
  • Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip using a spatula. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
  • Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies. If needed, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before piping or spreading.

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
