Description

This Club Sandwich Pasta Salad takes all the flavors of a classic club sandwich—chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and avocado—and transforms them into a creamy, delicious pasta salad perfect for picnics, BBQs, and meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces corkscrew-shaped pasta
  • ¾ cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 12 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 8 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cubed Muenster cheese
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water.
  • Whisk together Italian dressing and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  • Add pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, celery, and bell pepper; toss to coat.
  • Gently mix in avocado just before serving.
