- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients.

- Layer half of the batter in the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mix on top, add the remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
