  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ½ cup sugar and cinnamon to create cinnamon sugar.
  3. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add remaining sugar, vanilla extract, and egg; mix until combined.
  4. Flatten crescent roll dough into uniform sheets using a rolling pin.
  5. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with ¼ cup cinnamon sugar. Place one sheet of dough on top, spread cheesecake filling evenly, then top with the second sheet of dough and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 27-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling completely before cutting into bars.
