- Add dissolved gelatin and stir until completely incorporated.
- Stir in melted chocolate until glossy and smooth. Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.
For the Raspberry Layer
- Blend raspberries into a puree and strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Heat the puree with sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add dissolved gelatin to the warm puree and stir.
- Pour the raspberry mixture over the chilled chocolate layer. Refrigerate until fully set.
