Description

This rich, creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy, no-fail recipe made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for holidays, gifts, or satisfying your sweet cravings, this decadent treat melts in your mouth and comes together in minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a 10-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.
  2. Melt the Chocolate & Marshmallows: In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and marshmallows over medium heat. Stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour & Spread: Immediately pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.
  5. Chill & Set: Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Slice & Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, place it on a cutting board, and cut into 1-inch squares.
  7. Store Properly: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, reduce the peanut butter slightly.
  • For a softer fudge, add extra sweetened condensed milk.
  • To make layered fudge, pour half the mixture, chill briefly, then add the remaining layer.
  • Sprinkle sea salt, chopped nuts, or caramel drizzle for extra flavor.
  • Cutting tip: Use a sharp knife warmed under hot water for smooth edges.
