For the Chicken:
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1 stick butter (divided)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup dry white wine
For the Garlic Parmesan Rice:
- 1½ cups uncooked white rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through (3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:
- Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in white wine and cook for 5 minutes, reducing by half. Reserve 2 tbsp of sauce for later.
- Cook the Rice:
- Add rice to the skillet, stir to coat with sauce, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Final Assembly:
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the cooked rice.
- Arrange chicken over rice and drizzle reserved sauce on top.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Serve:
- Garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired.

- Substitute wine with lemon juice and extra broth if needed.
