Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (sliced into 1-inch strips)
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow, sliced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of fajita seasoning and olive oil. Add the chicken strips and mix until coated.
