Instructions

  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until bright green; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
  5. Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet; mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and chicken broth together and pour over the mixture.
  6. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened; finish with sesame oil.
