  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of the dish evenly.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey with olive oil and seasonings until browned.
  4. Stir in black beans and corn; layer this mixture over the potatoes.
