Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups ginger snap cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- ¾ cup streusel topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
