  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce (for topping)
  • Sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prepare Dough:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • In a mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
    • Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients & Form Dough:

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, crushed graham crackers, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
    • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Shape & Bake Cookies:

    • Scoop dough into 8 balls and roll in extra crushed graham crackers.
    • Flatten slightly and bake for 10 minutes until edges are golden.
    • Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
  • Make Cream Cheese Frosting:

    • Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until fluffy.
  • Assemble the Cookies:

    • Frost each cookie with cream cheese frosting.
    • Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
    • Let set before serving.
