- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 ¼ tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Caramel topping (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture into mini muffin cups, creating small crust cups.
- Bake for 5 minutes and let cool completely.
- Chop apples finely and mix with sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Bake apple mixture in a dish at 375°F for 15 minutes until softened.
- Spoon the apple filling into the cooled crust cups.
- Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top and bake for 5 more minutes at 350°F.
- Cool completely before loosening bites from the pan.
- Drizzle with caramel topping and serve!
