Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 ¼ tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Caramel topping (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
  • Press the mixture into mini muffin cups, creating small crust cups.
  • Bake for 5 minutes and let cool completely.
  • Chop apples finely and mix with sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Bake apple mixture in a dish at 375°F for 15 minutes until softened.
  • Spoon the apple filling into the cooled crust cups.
  • Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs on top and bake for 5 more minutes at 350°F.
  • Cool completely before loosening bites from the pan.
  • Drizzle with caramel topping and serve!
