  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups apples, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Fold in diced apples gently. Pour over cooled crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top, swirling gently.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  5. Cut into squares and serve with extra caramel drizzle.
