- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups apples, peeled and diced
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Fold in diced apples gently. Pour over cooled crust and drizzle caramel sauce on top, swirling gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve with extra caramel drizzle.
