Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate toffee bits evenly over the dough.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the toffee bits, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best results.
- Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
