  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage (chopped)

Instructions

  3. Combine roasted squash with sautéed onion and garlic in the skillet. Pour in vegetable broth and blend until smooth using an immersion blender.
