  • For the Steak Bites:
    • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp black pepper
    • ½ tsp salt
  • For the Garlic Herb Potatoes:
    • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
    • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Season steak bites with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and sear steak bites in batches until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and potatoes. Cook on medium heat until golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet, toss with the potatoes, and heat through. Serve immediately.
