Description
This Buffalo Chicken Lasagna combines spicy Buffalo chicken, creamy ranch cheese sauce, and gooey melted cheese for a delicious twist on a classic comfort food. Perfect for game day, family dinners, or meal prep!

- 12 oz lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Buffalo sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of each cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Grease a 9x13” baking dish and spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture on the bottom.
- Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, slightly overlapping.
- Spread another 1/4 of the cheese mixture over the noodles, then half of the shredded chicken.
- Repeat layering: noodles, cheese mixture, chicken.
- Top with remaining noodles and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a drizzle of ranch dressing, sliced green onions, and blue cheese crumbles (optional).
Notes
- For a spicier version, add extra Buffalo sauce or crushed red pepper.
- To make it milder, reduce Buffalo sauce and add more ranch dressing.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
