Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Buffalo sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of each cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Grease a 9x13” baking dish and spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture on the bottom.
  • Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, slightly overlapping.
  • Spread another 1/4 of the cheese mixture over the noodles, then half of the shredded chicken.
  • Repeat layering: noodles, cheese mixture, chicken.
  • Top with remaining noodles and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  • Serve with a drizzle of ranch dressing, sliced green onions, and blue cheese crumbles (optional).

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add extra Buffalo sauce or crushed red pepper.
  • To make it milder, reduce Buffalo sauce and add more ranch dressing.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
