Ingredients

  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 lb Farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning. Refrigerate until ready.
  2. Cook Farfalle pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool on a tray drizzled with olive oil.
  3. Fry bacon until crispy, then chop.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooled pasta with half of the dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, BBQ sauce, and most of the bacon.
  5. Serve topped with remaining bacon or chill for later use.
