- 12 strips thick-cut bacon
- 1 lb Farfalle pasta
- 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning. Refrigerate until ready.
- Cook Farfalle pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool on a tray drizzled with olive oil.
- Fry bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In a large bowl, mix cooled pasta with half of the dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, BBQ sauce, and most of the bacon.
- Serve topped with remaining bacon or chill for later use.
