Instructions

  2. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk and blend.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop dough, flatten it slightly, place cheesecake filling in the center, seal dough around it, and roll into balls.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Allow cooling before serving.
