Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prepping, or a fast-food-inspired meal at home.

Ingredients

Scale

Big Mac Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Wraps:

  • 1 yellow onion, diced (divided use)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 soft taco-size tortillas
  • ½ cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Make the Big Mac Sauce

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, diced dill pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld while you prepare the wraps.

2. Cook the Ground Beef

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and half of the diced onion to the skillet.
  3. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the onions are soft.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Drain any excess grease and transfer the beef to a bowl.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay out the soft tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Layer the following on top:
    • Shredded lettuce
    • Dill pickle slices
    • Cooked beef mixture
    • Remaining diced onions
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly to secure the filling.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve immediately or toast the wrap in a dry skillet for a crispy finish.
  • Enjoy with French fries, coleslaw, or a side salad.

Notes

  • For a crispier wrap, toast the assembled wrap in a pan for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • For a healthier option, use lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas.
  • Substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a leaner version.
  • Make it spicier by adding hot sauce or jalapeños.
