  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch; let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the carrot, bell pepper, broccoli, and onion for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat the remaining oil and add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Return the vegetables to the skillet and add garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
