- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp chili paste (sambal oelek)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the Noodles:
- 3 oz dried ramen or egg noodles
- 4 tbsp canola oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice beef against the grain, cut broccoli into florets, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- Mix the Sauce: Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chicken stock, chili paste, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Cook the Beef: Heat oil in a wok, cook beef in batches for 2-3 minutes, then remove from pan.
- Cook the Vegetables: Add garlic, ginger, onions, and broccoli to the pan, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the Noodles: Boil according to package instructions, then drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Combine Everything: Add beef, noodles, and sauce back into the pan, stirring until evenly coated.
