Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients – whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream the butter and sugar – beat until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and mashed bananas – mix until fully combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients – stir until just incorporated (do not overmix).
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
