- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean mushrooms by wiping with a damp cloth and slice any large ones in half.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and black pepper.
- Place mushrooms in a baking dish and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Roast for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even caramelization.
- Let mushrooms rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy!
