Ingredients
- 1 round sourdough bread loaf
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (optional)
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully cut off the top of the sourdough loaf and scoop out some inner bread to create space for the filling.
- Place the whole brie cheese in the hollowed loaf and spoon cranberry sauce generously over it.
