Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4–5 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed)
- 15 eggroll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Stir in crumbled bacon and chopped jalapeños. Season with salt and pepper.
