  • 4 large croissants
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
