  • 2 spring onions
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel carrots and cut them lengthwise into fine julienne strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, agave syrup, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until well combined.
