  • 1 cup tortilla strips
  • chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, honey, minced garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Prepare the Mexi-ranch dressing by whisking together ranch dressing, taco seasoning mix, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
