Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, honey, minced garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
 - Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
 - Prepare the Mexi-ranch dressing by whisking together ranch dressing, taco seasoning mix, and lime juice in a small bowl.
 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
 - Transfer grilled chicken to a baking sheet, top with Mexi-ranch dressing and shredded cheese, then broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
