- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- Ground cinnamon and nutmeg
- Powdered sugar (for glaze)
- Apple cider (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla until crumbly.
