Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
-
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (380°F).
-
Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
-
Add the salmon to the marinade and toss gently until fully coated.
-
Remove salmon from the marinade, reserving the sauce. Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Make the glaze: In a saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry, then whisk into the sauce. Simmer until thickened.
-
Brush glaze over salmon bites and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
- Use fresh or thawed salmon and pat dry before marinating.
- Double the sauce for dipping or drizzling.
- Try adding sesame oil or chili flakes for extra flavor.
- Cut salmon evenly for consistent cooking.
- Always glaze hot for the best finish.
