Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (380°F).

  • Make the marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

  • Add the salmon to the marinade and toss gently until fully coated.

  • Remove salmon from the marinade, reserving the sauce. Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Air fry for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Make the glaze: In a saucepan, bring the reserved marinade to a simmer. Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry, then whisk into the sauce. Simmer until thickened.

  • Brush glaze over salmon bites and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
