Description

Enjoy a quick and easy Philly cheesesteak made in the air fryer! Juicy ribeye, sautéed onions and peppers, and melty cheese inside a toasted hoagie roll.


Ingredients

For the Steak & Vegetables:

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

For the Sandwiches:

 

  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices white American cheese (or provolone, Cheez Whiz)

Instructions

  • Marinate the Steak:

    • Thinly slice the ribeye and place it in a bowl.
    • Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, then stir to coat.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.
    • Add them to the marinated steak with seasoned salt, tossing to coat.
    • Let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer:

    • Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
    • Place steak and vegetables in the basket, spreading evenly.
    • Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches:

    • Divide the steak mixture between the hoagie rolls.
    • Top each with a slice of cheese.
    • Wrap in foil and return to the air fryer at 390°F for 3 minutes to melt the cheese.

 

  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Remove from foil and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Cheese Choices: Provolone, American, or Cheez Whiz work best.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
