Description
Enjoy a quick and easy Philly cheesesteak made in the air fryer! Juicy ribeye, sautéed onions and peppers, and melty cheese inside a toasted hoagie roll.

For the Steak & Vegetables:
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
For the Sandwiches:
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 4 slices white American cheese (or provolone, Cheez Whiz)
Instructions

Marinate the Steak:
- Thinly slice the ribeye and place it in a bowl.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, then stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Prepare the Vegetables:
- Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.
- Add them to the marinated steak with seasoned salt, tossing to coat.
- Let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Cook in the Air Fryer:
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Place steak and vegetables in the basket, spreading evenly.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Divide the steak mixture between the hoagie rolls.
- Top each with a slice of cheese.
- Wrap in foil and return to the air fryer at 390°F for 3 minutes to melt the cheese.

Serve & Enjoy:
- Remove from foil and serve immediately while hot.

- Cheese Choices: Provolone, American, or Cheez Whiz work best.
