  • 22 1/2 pounds flank steak (cut into 6 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
  • 3 bell peppers (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large zip-top bag, combine the steak with Tamari sauce and crushed garlic. Seal tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  3. After marinating, remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Place each piece of steak on a cutting board, adding asparagus and bell peppers to the center of each piece before rolling tightly.
  4. Secure each bundle with toothpicks.
  5. Preheat your air fryer according to manufacturer instructions. Cook bundles at 400°F for about 5 minutes until done.
  6. Let rest for five minutes before slicing or serving with balsamic sauce made by simmering vinegar, beef broth, and butter until thickened.
