Ingredients
- 2 – 2 1/2 pounds flank steak (cut into 6 pieces)
- 1/2 cup Tamari sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
- 3 bell peppers (sliced thinly)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Season the flank steak with kosher salt and black pepper.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine the steak with Tamari sauce and crushed garlic. Seal tightly and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- After marinating, remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Place each piece of steak on a cutting board, adding asparagus and bell peppers to the center of each piece before rolling tightly.
- Secure each bundle with toothpicks.
- Preheat your air fryer according to manufacturer instructions. Cook bundles at 400°F for about 5 minutes until done.
- Let rest for five minutes before slicing or serving with balsamic sauce made by simmering vinegar, beef broth, and butter until thickened.
